Ingredients

  1. In a large clear bowl, mix in pepper, coriander, roasted cumin, cardamom, turmeric, sumac, cloves, salt, and cooking oil.
  2. Coat the boneless chicken thighs .
  3. Roll the chicken pieces in foil paper.
  4. Steam the chicken for 15 minutes on low simmer.
  5. While steaming the chicken, prepare garlic sauce by mixing plain yogurt with mayonnaise, sriracha, cloves, lime zest, and lime juice.
  6. Mix the sauce well and set aside.
  7. Unwrap the foil paper and cut the steamed chicken pieces and transfer it to a pan with cooking oil.
  8. Fry the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Take a pita bread and spread a generous amount of garlic bread .
  10. Add slices of tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and fresh cilantro.
  11. Wrap the chicken with bread and serve.
  12. Ready to enjoy!
