Delicious Fish Kebab

This very simple and handy recipe of making fish kebab can be very helpful whenever you have guests coming over or for any kind of occasion. This kebab is very tasty and delicious itself or can be served with Plain Rice, Pulao or Biryani.

Ingredients

  1. Shallow fry fish with salt and Turmeric. Cool down and remove all the bones carefully. Take them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients in the bowl except oil. Now mix with the fish with your hands very well. Then take some and shape like small chop or cutlets.
  3. In a small bowl beat one egg. Now first dip the cutlets in the eggs and carefully add in oil for frying. Repeat this process for all pieces.
  4. Fry them slowly on medium-low heat patiently till brown. When it’s done take them out of the oil using a strainer and leave on a tissue for a while to absorb excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite ketchup or chutney.
