Egg 65 is delicious and healthy snacks for evening.

Ingredients

  1. Remove the yolks from the boiled eggs.
  2. Cut the whites and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Mix the chopped boiled white eggs with red chili, salt, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chili, flour, breadcrumbs, and raw egg white.
  4. Add garam masala and give it one last mix.
  5. Create small spherical shapes and deep fry until light golden brown.
  6. In a separate pan, drizzle a bit of cooking oil and add chopped garlic, red chili, curry leaves, and ketchup.
  7. Stir for 2-3 minutes then add the deep-fried eggs.
  8. Garnish with fresh green chili and chopped coriander .
  9. Ready to Enjoy!
