Firstly grease a mold with ghee. Keep aside.
In a blender jug take all the ingredients. Blend very well for 2-4 minutes or till sugar melts. Now take them in a pan.
Now turn the flame on medium heat. Continuously stir this mixture with a spatula whisk very patiently. Do not stop till dry.
After 5 to 7 minutes it starts being thick. Continue stirring. When all water will be dried up and it will start releasing ghee take them out of the pan. Spread in the mold, press and cut into your favorite size & shape. Then keep them in refrigerator for 2 hours to set. They are ready to serve.
