Fish Finger Recipe

Directions

  1. Take any kind of boneless fish. Cut into pieces like 3 cm long and 1 cm wide. Then wash and drain well. Use tissue paper to soak extra water.
  2. Now marinate fish pieces with ginger-garlic pastes, black pepper, red chili powder, soy sauce, lemon juice and salt (Keep in mind of salty soy sauce) for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes cover fish pieces with flour. Then dip into beaten egg. After that cover with breadcrumb. Repeat this process for all pieces. Store them for 10 minutes in the refrigerator to set.
  4. Take out of the fridge and deep fry on medium low heat till they turn into dark brown in color. Serve with your favorite ketchup or fried rice.
