  1. Cut arum into pieces and wash. Now boil for 2 to 3 minutes with salt and drain well.
  2. Shallow fry fish slightly with salt, turmeric powder and oil. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and green chilies. Fry for a minute.
  4. Then add boiled arum. Add salt and turmeric powder and stir for a while. Add water to boil.
  5. While they are half cooked and water dried, cook for 2 minutes till oil release.
  6. Now add water as per your requirement of the consistency of your curry. Add fish pieces, cover with the lid and cook for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. When all are well cooked, turn the heat off and serve with rice.
