This mini milk biscuit recipe is very simple and easy to make at home. I have tried cooking them over the stove as well as baking them in the oven. Both create crispy biscuits with a nice rounded shape.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take a bowl. Take butter and sugar. Mix well with a spoon. Place a strainer and add & strain corn flour, milk powder, flour & baking powder and give a nice mix. Add liquid milk and mix everything very well.
  2. Now knead the dough and then cut into very small pieces. Make small balls and press to give biscuit or cookie shape.
  3. Brush a baking tray with oil or butter. Place the cookies on it. Preheat oven or pan which you prefer to bake.
  4. Bake on 160°C for 15-17 minutes in oven or on a very low flame for 25-30 minutes in a pan with a stand. Then take them out and let them cool down completely. Now you can serve or store in a airtight container up to 15 days.
