Ingredients

Directions

  1. To make cheese we must need raw and full fat liquid milk. Take milk in a pan and make warm on medium flame. Stir thoroughly and check milk temperature with your finger. Don’t bring it too hot or boil. When it gets warm that you can easily dip your finger in it turn the flame off.
  2. Take vinegar in a bowl and add same amount of water. Add this gradually into the milk and keep stirring. The milk will get thick like yogurt. Cover with the lid and keep for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the milk and you will see the cheese starts forming. Collect the cheese and in a large bowl take hot water and dip it for 10 to 15 seconds and press with your hands to remove water. Repeat this process 5 to 7 times.
  4. Now take cold water in a bowl and dip cheese in it for 10 to 15 seconds. Then press it to remove extra water. Repeat this twice. Lastly remove excess water pressing hard by hands so that you can store cheese for long time. Cover it with aluminium foil paper or plastic wrapper and keep it in the refrigerator’s normal chamber for 4 hours to set. Then your cheese will be ready to use. You can slice or grate it however required. Store in deep fridge for 1 to 2 months.
