Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Of course you can’t get through a list of sandwich recipes without pulled pork. Like any good pulled pork recipe, this one requires you let the meat slow cook for eight hours. Make it the night before and by morning you’ll have a week’s worth of dinner in the Crock-Pot.

Ingredients

  1. In a blender add garlic, thyme, sage, rosemary and big pinches of salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil in and blend to paste.
  3. Place pork in a slow cooker, season with 1 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon pepper all over.
  4. Rub herb paste into the pork making sure you coat all sides.
  5. Add onions and pour the wine in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook 8 hours on low.
  7. Shred pork with forks, it should shred easily.
  8. Add a heaping portion on buns and top with cheddar cheese and coleslaw.
