Sweet Mapua is a delicious & popular sacks in Bangladesh, India. This recipe is very quick and easy to made.

  1. Instructions for sweet malpua:
  2. Dissolve jaggery in warm water
  3. Gradually stir in rice flour and wheat flour
  4. Add desiccated coconut, salt and water
  5. Beat for 5 minutes then let it rest for 30 minutes
  6. Deep fry in medium heat until golden brown
  7. Ready to Enjoy!
  8. Instructions for savory malpua:
  9. Mix rice flour with whole wheat flour, cumin powder, salt, baking powder, garlic ginger paste and water.
  10. Add chopped onion, green chilies and fresh coriander.
  11. Rest the mixture for 30 minutes.
  12. Deep fry until golden brown .
  13. Ready to Enjoy!
